This baler is located in Texas and is being sold as is.. it had some oil get into the fuse box and the seller think it may have shorted something or maybe a wiring issue. he bought a newer Sierra 6000 and has retired this baler. we will make sure that it is DOT ready upon purchase before shipping.. this baler has just under 5,000 original hours. i have more photos upon request
